Game Boy Advance Screen Compatibility
Currently (12/23) there are two main categories of screens on the market. The first type are non laminated screen kits, which are just like OEM screens. In this version, the backlit screen itself is separate from the glass lens (the part with the logo).
The second version of screens are laminated. These have the front glass already glued to the display screen as a single piece. Currently, our shells do not yet support these screens. I hope to make a new design when I can find the time!
This screen kit above should fit just based on the images as the IPS screen is widely used. If touch sensors are used, you will need to devise a method to use them.
This HDMI kit above has not been tested. It would at a minimum require cutting an HDMI port in the size and possibly other cutting.
This ITA TFT kit above is unfortunately too large and will not fit our GBA shells.
Laminated 3.0 kit - Funnyplaying
This kit shown above is a laminated kit and will not fit our shells yet.
